2008 R&M Master Distributor Meeting Registration Form
For your convenience and to aid us in our planning considerations, we kindly request that you make your hotel reservations through R&M. There are three (3) convenient methods to fill out your Registration Form: Online, Fax and email. Please return your confirmation and registration no later that February 27th, 2008.

All cancellations must me made by March 3rd, 2008. Rooms cancelled after March 3rd, 2008 will be charged 2 night's room and tax to the individual guest's credit card.

JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa requires that the balance of the room, fees, tax (currently 12%) and any personal incidental charges incurred be paid upon check-out. Currently, Porterage gratuities are $5.00 per person round trip and housekeeping gratuities are $4.00 per room per day. These charges will be posted to individual guest room accounts. Based on availability, the group rate will be offered three days prior and three days following the official meeting dates.
