Regional Sales Manager - Crane Builder and Industrial Channels
Reporting to the Sales Manager- USA & Canada, the successful candidate will manage, motivate, train and develop a network of manufacturer s reps, as well as handle key direct distributor accounts and territories in the South Western United States. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, Field Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales management and business development.
The position will require extensive travel and may be based from the successful candidate' s home office, any central location may be considered. A minimum of five years of progressive and relevant sales/business development experience and a relevant associates and/or undergraduate degree is required. Inside Sales Representative
R&M Materials Handling, Inc. a leader in the overhead materials handling industry, is seeking an Inside Sales candidate for our Springfield, OH location.
Individual will assist in the proper application of product, quotation creation, and order entry. Individual will have strong customer service skills, mechanical knowledge and technical aptitude.
Individual will have 2-4 years experience in an inside technical sales position. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred. Must have good communication, PC skills, and work well in a team environment.

Sales Engineer

This person will prepare commercial and technical proposals for overhead material handling equipment to be utilized in a variety of industrial environments. Controller
Location: Springfield, Ohio.
Duties: Duties will include preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements and GL detail, performing monthly account reconciliations, preparing budgets and analyzing budget variances, analyzing sales margins by order, product segment and sales territory/channel, managing the processing of letters-of-credit, advising sales and operations on financial issues, and overseeing A/P and A/R functions.
Travel: Some travel domestic and international will be required.
Experience: Candidate must have well developed communication, organizational, and team building skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position is required. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office, are a must. A CPA or graduate degree is a plus.
