 Folding transport handles facilitate handling. (Inverted position only.) The hoist body is pressure-molded aluminum which reduces weight. Heat sink ribs on the motor body ensure efficient heat dissipation. The hoist is protected by 80-micron dark epoxy paint. |
 The heat treated load wheel with 5 full pockets is machined in a single production step. The black load chain is grade 80. The 5 pocket load wheel minimizes chain stress while ensuring smooth operation. A one piece internal chain guideand external chain guide prevent the chain from jamming, no matter what the position of the hoist.

High-capacity, high strength, removable chain bag made of high grade black fabric, 900 deniers, reinforced with 1" wide rugged nylon strips. |
 This high strength industrial polymide chain guide provides a remarkably low friction coefficient, facilitating passage of the chain on ejection. Its special shape provides a much more fluid horizontal flow of the chain as it comes off the load wheel. A number of technical advantages are provided by this innovated ejection system. It prevents chain jamming at the upper part of the hoist as the chain is ejected as well as guiding the chain into the chain bag and reduces contact area between hoist body and chain.
