Inside Sales Representative
R&M Materials Handling, Inc. a leader in the overhead materials handling industry, is seeking an Inside Sales candidate for our Springfield, OH location.
Individual will assist in the proper application of product, quotation creation, and order entry. Individual will have strong customer service skills, mechanical knowledge and technical aptitude.
Individual will have 2-4 years experience in an inside technical sales position. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred. Must have good communication, PC skills, and work well in a team environment.

Export Manager
R&M Materials Handling, Inc., a leader in the overhead material handling industry, is searching for an Export Manager to lead its established and growing Latin export business. This person will perform field promotional work as well as manage an existing field sales team to develop sales and secure business within new and established distribution throughout Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent, have previous experience traveling and selling within Latin America, and must be fluent in Spanish. Additionally, the ability to speak Portuguese is preferred.

Training Manager
R&M Materials Handling, Inc. is seeking a Training Manager for our Springfield, OH location. Individual will develop, coordinate and conduct internal and external sales, software and service/technical training for the product lines, sales tools and services. Two years experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical support and/or sales of overhead material handling equipment preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering is required. Must have well-developed PC skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work well under pressure and possess excellent customer service skills. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
