QUOTEMASTER^® TRAINING

R&M offers comprehensive QuoteMaster^® training for three user-skill levels. You can sign up online to take a training course by clicking on the training link.

Basic QuoteMaster^® training lets the user get acclimated to the program. The user learns the basic steps to getting started using the program and runs through some hands-on quote exercises.
Prerequisite: None

Advanced QuoteMaster^® training combines QuoteMaster^® training and product training together so the user enhances his/her program user-skills. The user becomes formally trained on the features, capabilities and parameters of the program as well as increases his/her knowledge about the R&M hoists, crane components and equipment options within the program.
Prerequisite: Basic QuoteMaster^® training or at least 6 months of QuoteMaster^® use.

Expert QuoteMaster^® training covers the necessary steps for quoting special crane applications and the user learns about the advanced features and capabilities of the program.
Prerequisite: Advanced QuoteMaster^® training, and at least one year of QuoteMaster^® use.
