INSTALLATION & UPDATES
Installation
You must be a registered user before you can install the program. QuoteMaster® can be installed to your personal computer through the Internet Update system. Some additional installation setup to your computer may be needed order to get the system working properly.
Installation Setup Tips
- QuoteMaster® program must be installed in the root directory of the computer's hard drive or local disk.
- To print the QuoteMaster® Word documents, change the Macro Security level in Microsoft Word. To do this, open Word and Click Tools>>Macro>>Security from the menus and change the security level from High to Low.
- Install Arial Unicode MS (true type) font if you notice the QuoteMaster® drawings do not have text.
- To print the drawing without first opening it in the CAD viewer in QuoteMaster®, setup the printer property with a shared name of CRANE.
Updates
QuoteMaster® is continuously being improved with new or improved program features and products. It is also periodically updated to bring the pricing up to date. The program updates and time extensions are routinely released about every 90 to 120 days and are downloaded through the Internet Update system.
