QUOTEMASTER® TRAINING
R&M offers comprehensive QuoteMaster® training for two user-skill levels. You can sign up online to take a training course by clicking on the training link.
QuoteMaster® 101 training: This is an introduction to first time users of QuoteMaster®, and also a refresher course for those who may use the program, but have never had formal training by an R&M Representative. Each participant is supplied with a laptop computer, equipped with the QuoteMaster® program, to follow along and individually complete the exercises in this full day of hands-on training
QuoteMaster® 202 training: This is an advanced course, intending to teach participants the benefits and advanced applications of QuoteMaster®. Each participant is supplied with a laptop computer, equipped with the QuoteMaster® program, to follow along and individually complete the exercises in this full day of hands-on training. Attendees will learn to easily quote special configurations, environmental considerations, options, and changing program selection processes in order to obtain desired application requirements. Electronic Data Input (EDI) procedures will be covered to demonstrate paperless order processing capabilities..
