You may have to change the Macro security level for Microsoft Word in order to print the Word documents from QuoteMaster®.
To change the macro security level for 2003 or older Microsoft Office systems:
Open Microsoft Word. Click Tools>>Macro>>Security from the menus, and then change the security level from High to Med. This prompt you to enable macro.
To change the macro security level for 2007 Microsoft Office system:
1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Word Options.

, click Trust Center Setting, and then click Macro Settings.
3. Enable all macros.

How do I print the drawing from QuoteMaster®?
There are two different ways to print the drawing from QuoteMaster®.
- One way is to click Print in Word/Vertex in the Print Manager. This command prints the drawing without opening the drawing in the edit mode. But before you use this button, you need to do a onetime setup of the printer properties and give the printer a share as name of CRANE.
- Another way to print the drawing is to click Edit in Word/Vertex in the Print Manager. Then click File>>Print from the menus. Choose your printer and sheet size. Change the scale to Fit to sheet. Center and rotate the drawing as necessary.Back to the top

The MicroVertex G4 CAD program in QuoteMaster® uses Arial Unicode MS font for the drawing text. To fix the missing text problem, install Arial Unicode MS (true type) font to the font folder on the computer’s hard drive. Click on Font Installation for the instructions to install the font. Click Edit in Word/Vertex in the Print Manager. Then click File>>Print from the menus. Choose the PDF printer. Change the sheet size as necessary. Change the scale to Fit to sheet. Center and rotate the drawing as necessary. Click OK and Save. Back to the top
How do I save the drawing as a DWG file?
Click Edit in Word/Vertex in the Print Manager. Then click File>>Export from the menus. Look at the Save In box and choose your folder where you want the file to be saved. Then change the Save as type to AutoCAD Drawings (*.dwg). Check the File name and rename it if needed. Click Save. Back to the top
Why am I getting a System Integrity Failure message?
The System Integrity Failure message occurs in most cases when you try to open and run an outdated version of QuoteMaster®. First, update QuoteMaster® on your computer through the Internet Update system, and then contact R&M’s System Administrator for an authorization code. The QuoteMaster® updates and time extensions are routinely released about every 90 to 120 days. The update packages are downloaded through the Internet by using the Internet Update system. Click on Internet Update for the update instructions. Back to the top
How do I install QuoteMaster® to my computer?
QuoteMaster® can be downloaded and installed onto your computer using the Internet Update system. Click on the Internet Update for the installation instructions. (You must be a registered QuoteMaster® user before you can download and install the program. If you need to register, use the User Registration Request e-form online to start the user registration process.)
