QuoteMaster^® 202 - (1-Day):

This is an advanced course, intending to teach participants the benefits and advanced applications of QuoteMaster®.  Each participant is supplied with a laptop computer, equipped with the QuoteMaster® program, to follow along and individually complete the exercises in this full day of hands-on training.  Attendees will learn to easily quote special configurations, environmental considerations, options, and changing program selection processes in order to obtain desired application requirements. Electronic Data Input (EDI) procedures will be covered to demonstrate paperless order processing capabilities.

Selection of components to meet application versus least cost auto selection

Completion of the SX Sales Tools 202 class is highly recommended, and always scheduled for the day prior to QuoteMaster® 202:The SX Sales Tools 202 course will help familiarize you with R&M's advanced product options, features, and advantages, which are necessary for the speed & depth of this course. It also helps provide a comprehensive learning experience for all Sales personnel.

All R&M courses will also cover a brief overview of R&M as company, current strategies, and goals.  In addition, participants will go on a plant tour and meet with the R&M personnel to better understand internal operations.
