QX® Modular Crane Packages Assembly (1-Day):
This basic course provides assembly instructions to all R&M crane builders. Classes will start with an explanation of all of the components, along with expectations of what the buyer is to supply. Then, using a SX wire rope hoist and a packaged festoon kit, participants in this class will learn to square and span the beam, mount the end trucks & drives, adjust and mount the hoist, and fully assemble the festoon kit onto the crane. This is a full day of hand-on exercises and crane building experience!
All R&M courses will also cover a brief overview of R&M as company, current strategies, and goals; and also training on how to navigate and utilize the many resources on the R&M website. In addition, participants will go on a plant tour and meet with the R&M personnel to better understand internal operations.
