SX Sales Tools 101 (1-Day):

As an R&M Distributor, we want to equip you with all of the necessary information to quote and sell our product.  Intended for customers who have little or no prior experience with R&M products, or as a refresher course for those wanting to stay current with R&M's offering, systems, and organization, this class offers all of the basic knowledge, as well as countless inside tips and resources, for you to confidently and accurately sell our products!

The course will cover an R&M introduction; Website and its tools; Duty classifications; Wire rope hoist products, order options, and technical tips; End trucks; and the multiple modular crane packages offered by R&M.

In addition, participants will go on a plant tour and meet with the R&M personnel to better understand internal operations.  The R&M Marketing Department will also speak about programs available to help distributors promote the R&M products!
