This module contains classes for personnel with little or no prior experience with R&M products. The standard wire rope and chain products are covered. Key components of a recommended inspection and maintenance program are covered. A presentation of the structure and use of wiring diagrams is included. course outline

Basic QuoteMaster^® (1-Day):
This is an introduction to first time users of QuoteMaster^®. Completion of the Basic Sales module is recommended or prior experience with using R&M's price books. course outline

Advanced Sales (1-Day):
This module contains courses for sales personnel and others who have been actively working with R&M products and are ready to expand their knowledge of the products, systems, options, and documentation so that they may operate more independently and help introduce business associates to R&M products and services. course outline

Advanced QuoteMaster^® (1-Day):
This module contains courses for experienced QuoteMaster^® users and persons who have attended the Advanced Sales module. Special configurations, environmental considerations, options, and changing program selection processes in order to obtain desired application requirements. Electronic Data Input procedures will be covered to demonstrate paperless order processing capabilities. course outline

Spare Parts (1-Day):
This is an introduction to the spare parts personnel, systems, and documentation that support both new and discontinued products of R&M. Introduction and use of R&M's web site and order tracking tool. course outline

QX^® Modular Crane Packages Assembly (1-Day):
This is an overview for the process of  assembling standard modular crane packages.  An explanation is provided for all of the components supplied along with an explanation of what the buyer is required to supply.  A recommended step-by-step process is covered along with visits to the plant and static displays for additional insight into the basic assembly and benefits of modular crane packages. course outline
