Spare Parts (1-Day):

Intended for Parts Department personnel, this course will introduce you to the systems and documentation that support both new and discontinued R&M products. While mainly focused on the use of WebPortal, each participant is supplied with a laptop computer to individually complete the full day of hands-on exercises aimed at helping you to better navigate this online database and find the information you are looking for quickly and easily.

All R&M courses will also cover a brief overview of R&M as company, current strategies, and goals.  In addition, participants will go on a plant tour and meet with the R&M personnel to better understand internal operations.
