LoadMate® 101 (1-Day):
This is an all-inclusive course that provides training on all aspects of the LoadMate electric chain hoist and the EZ Lift manual chain hoist products. Sales, pricing, and competitive advantages are covered in the first session of this class. There will be hands-on exercises utilizing the price book and technical guides to help familiarize participants with the resources available. The second session of the class will focus on the service, maintenance, and inspection plans for all service technicians. Topics will include recommended maintenance and inspection routines; and troubleshooting tips and service resources. Participants will be involved in a full day of hands-on training, exercises, and simulated troubleshooting.

- Explanation of basic configurations and range of offering
- Introduction and use of price book documentation
- Exercises in pricing of standard product from price book
- Introduction and use of technical guide to acquire specifications for customers
- Introduction and review of clearance drawings for standard products
- Access to documentation and downloads from web site
- Observe assembly of basis product and review details of featured benefits
- Introduction and use of web site based chain products price calculator
- Service Points including brake adjustment, clutch adjustment, inspections, installation, operation instructions and maintenance.
All R&M courses will also cover a brief overview of R&M as company, current strategies, and goals; and also training on how to navigate and utilize the many resources on the R&M website. In addition, participants will go on a plant tour and meet with the R&M personnel to better understand internal operations.
