R&M Product, Service, & Software Training

R&M is an industry leading materials handling business, and we want to make sure that our clients and their customers have the most updated and advanced training and knowledge to go along with all of our products.  R&M’s mission is to create a competitive advantage for our distributors through industry leading technology, customer service, and marketing support.  R&M offers formal training program at both the basic and advanced level in Product Awareness, Service, and Software Tools.

As part of our commitment to customer service excellence and to support our distributor network, R&M provides these classes free of charge.  We invite all distributors to participate in classes as needed to develop fluency and keep current in product details, support tools, and software that will provide them with an edge in a highly competitive market.

Our brand new, modern training center in Springfield, Ohio offers a relaxed environment in which to learn and ask questions about our products and services.  The student-to-teacher ratio is roughly 8:1, in order to provide the most effective training exposure.  During your visit you will have the opportunity to meet R&M staff members and observe our production process.  These training sessions have been very helpful in fostering good working relationships between R&M and its customers.
