  R&M Sales, Service & Software Training R&M’s mission is to create a competitive advantage for our distributors through industry leading technology, customer service, and marketing support. R&M’s formal training program offers basic and advanced training in Sales, Service, and Software Tools. This free service is part of our commitment to customer service excellence. R&M provides these classes free of charge as support to our distributor network and invites all distributors to participate in basic and advanced classes as needed to develop fluency in the product details and support tools that will provide them with an edge in a highly competitive market. Our modern training center in Springfield, Ohio offers a relaxed environment in which to learn and ask questions about our products and services. The student-to-teacher ratio is normally 8:1 in order to provide the most effective training exposure. During your visit you will have the opportunity to meet R&M’s staff members and observe our production process. These training sessions have been very helpful in fostering good working relationships between R&M and its customers.
